Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday from our workshop in Boulder, Colorado. Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time leave the workshop the same business day; orders placed after that cutoff ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Carriers and transit times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and package weight. The carrier is selected automatically at checkout based on cost and reliability for your address. Estimated transit times after the package leaves our hands:
- USPS Priority Mail — 2 to 3 business days within the continental U.S.
- UPS Ground — 1 to 5 business days depending on origin-to-destination distance
- FedEx Home Delivery — 1 to 5 business days, Tuesday through Saturday delivery
- UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days nationwide, available at checkout for an additional charge
- UPS Next Day Air — 1 business day to most U.S. addresses, available at checkout for an additional charge
Shipping costs
Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. is a flat $8 for orders under $125. Orders of $125 or more ship for free via standard ground. Expedited shipping (2-Day Air or Next Day Air) is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories
We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands via USPS Priority Mail. Transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
APO/FPO addresses
We’re proud to ship to APO and FPO military addresses anywhere in the world. Shipments go via USPS Priority Mail at standard domestic rates. Transit time depends on the destination and is determined by the U.S. Postal Service.
International shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail International or FedEx International Economy. Transit times range from 6 to 14 business days.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by their country. These are not collected by us at checkout and are billed by the carrier upon delivery. If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to the email address on your order. You can also find tracking information in your order history. If you don’t receive tracking within one business day of placing an order, check your spam folder and then email us.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, write to hello@ascendforyou.store within seven days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the damage if applicable. We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and either reship your order or refund the full purchase price.
Address changes
If you need to change the shipping address on an order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address before the package ships, but once a package is in the carrier’s hands the change is at the carrier’s discretion and may not be possible. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses the customer provided incorrectly.
